Every agency on CareAH is sourced directly from the CQC public register — we don't wait for agencies to sign up. All 15,600+ agencies are already here. We sync with the CQC API weekly, and any agency that loses its registration is automatically removed from public results. Families will never see an unregistered agency on CareAH. This is not a compliance checkbox. It is the foundation of the trust that makes CareAH work.
