My name is Siv Matchendran. I'm a tech entrepreneur with 25 years of technology experience in the UK — and the founder of CareAH, England's home care marketplace.
I built CareAH because finding good home care in England shouldn't be this hard. When someone you love needs care, you shouldn't have to spend days calling agencies, waiting for callbacks, and hoping for the best. Families deserve to find verified, available, CQC-registered care — quickly, transparently, and with confidence.
That belief — that technology should make hard things simple — has driven everything I've built for 25 years.
CareAH is built and maintained by the engineering team at IIT Software Limited — a UK software and IT consulting company I founded in 2007. Nearly two decades of product development and consulting experience sits behind this platform.
When families and agencies use CareAH, they're using a platform built on the same engineering rigour we've applied to software projects for nearly 20 years. Fast, secure, reliable — and built to last.
The name CareAH was born from a simple idea — Care At Home. The C-A-H became CareAH. Say it out loud: Care-Ah. It sounds warm. Almost like a sigh of relief — which is exactly what finding the right care for your family should feel like.

Outside of CareAH, the values that drive me come from a long commitment to community service.
I'm a member of Romford Rotary Club — one of the oldest Rotary clubs in the country, with over 100 years of service to the community. As a Past President and incoming President, the values I've lived through Rotary — service above self, trust, and community — are the same values I built CareAH on. This platform isn't just a business to me. It's an extension of that commitment.
