How carers join CareAH

Carers don't sign up directly — your agency invites you through their CareAH dashboard. Here's the flow:

Your agency adds you
Your care coordinator or HR manager invites you from the Staff & HR section of their CareAH dashboard.

You get an email
Check your inbox for a CareAH invite. Click the secure link inside — it's branded with your agency's name.

Set your password
Pick a password you'll remember. Takes 30 seconds. You're now set up.
4
Sign in any time
Sign in via the app or at careah.co.uk/login. Today's schedule will be waiting.

Not working with a CareAH agency yet?

To use the CareAH carer app, you need to be employed by a CQC-registered home care agency that's on the platform. CareAH lists every CQC-registered home care agency in England — find a local one that's hiring.
