As soon as we met Florence, we knew she would be the right person to care for our cousin. Florence has a warmth about her that reasurred us that our cousin would be in the right hands. This has proven to be the case ever since. Daily visits include cleaning, personal care, preparing food and providing companionship and great company. In a challenging situation when an ambulance had to be called, Florence stayed extra time and was very calm. Her experience as an ex ICU nurse provided us with the security that she knew how to best deal with the situation. We have been very happy with the care provided from both Florence and Janet and would highly recommend this agency for their above and beyond care.
